Order Shipping

When your order is placed with us, we will contact you within two business days with the final shipping estimate for your order. You will be notified of the final shipping cost before your order is processed, which may result in additional charge or refund. 

Order Payment

Payment can be made with a variety of methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Maestro, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and Shop Pay. 

Discounts can be activated at checkout through our custom codes such as ‘SHIP30’, which disregards the shipping costs on orders over £30.

Shipping Restrictions

UK (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland) and all EU Countries. 

We do not currently ship outside of the EU and the UK, therefore any other international orders cannot proceed. 

Handling Time

Our orders are shipped usually within 2-3 days, with an estimated door to door delivery time of 4-5 business days. 

Delivery times are estimates only. G&H CUSTOM APPAREL LTD is not liable for any delays or mistakes made by the shipping courier. Any mistakes made on their behalf must be settled with the courier.

Post Order Payment and Charges

On very rare occasions, it is possible that the shipping company may bill G&H CUSTOM APPAREL LTD for customs, duties, taxes. If this occurs, all international customers agree that G&H CUSTOM APPAREL LTD may bill the customer and charge their credit card on file for all such charges without advance notice to or authorization from the customer. By placing an order on our website all international customers agree to these terms.
